You are not limited to this list.  We are fully equipped to provide additional choices to suite your taste and we will be happy to do so.  You will be amazed at the creations our chefs can create for you, so please ask.

We can host your party, luncheon, reception or dinner with up to 140 guest.
For a casual group meeting place, the restaurant is available from 3 to 5 P.M. for a nominal fee

Appetizers
Any appetizer can be made for your clients taste.
If your client prefers only certain appetizers we are available to deliver and drop off.

Bar
All Bar Catering Has to Be Done By Us.
A minimun of $400.00 must be ordered for us to come to your location with a bartender with the required one day catering liquor license.

Fruit Platter - Fresh Seasonal Fruit
Cheese Platter - Assorted Goat, Cow and Sheep cheeses with an array of assorted crackers
Brushetta - Crisp French Bread topped with with tomato bits, garlic, basil and olive oil.
Stuffed Mushrooms Ratatuli - with green and red bell peppers, squash, zucchini and eggplant.
Shrimp Cocktail - Served Mexican Style in tomato juice with lime , cilantro and avocado
Lamb Meat Balls - in a tomato and mint Sauce

Entree
Habachi Steak Skewer

Polynesian marinated prime skirt steak served with a mushroom and caramelized onion sauce

 Curried marinated chicken on a skewer served with a mint-yogurt sauce

The most tender of al our cuts, cooked to perfection and served with a Béarnaise sauce.

Fresh Catch of The Day
The freshest of fish coming right off the local Green Pier, broiled and served with tarter sauce and lemon.

Starches

Romano Potato
Twice baked mashed potato with blend of spices and topped with Romano cheese.

Rice Pilaf
Chicken broth based with angel hair pasta..

Vegetables
A nice sautéed vegetable medley, consisting of carrots, broccoli, Italian squash, corn on the cob and cauliflower.

Salad
A Mix of iceberg and romaine lettuce topped with carrots, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes; served with ranch or Italian dressing.

Bread
 Fresh sourdough bread and butter.
